STOP

STOP is an assisted-braking descender designed for caving. You can use it with 8.5 to 11 mm diameter, low-stretch kernmantel ropes. 

STOP improves descent control and facilitates rope manoeuvres. 

The ergonomic handle provides a comfortable grip and usability. Stainless steel friction zones ensure good durability.

The ergonomic handle allows you to unblock the rope easily and lower someone.

The handle faces you for better control of rope glide.

The design of the handled camming mechanism offers comfortable descent. The installation diagram is engraved on the descender.

The safety gate on the sliding side plate allows the rope to pass while the device remains connected to the harness. The elongated connection hole allows the FREINO Z carabiner to rotate, keeping the descender safely in place when transferring from the gear loop to the semi-circular carabiner.
