ZIGZAG PLUS

The ZIGZAG PLUS mechanical descender allows users to move around efficiently in a tree using classic Prusik pulley system techniques. The friction chain provides precision and fluidity when moving around. The pulley is mounted on sealed ball bearings, allowing the slack to be taken up easily. Can be used on either double or single ropes, providing great versatility. The lower attachment hole with a high-efficiency swivel ensures proper permanent positioning of the mechanical Prussik and optimal guiding of the rope in the device.

Rope feed is smooth and precise thanks to the release lever, allowing users great control over their movements. Adjusting the pressure on this lever controls the speed of movement.

The upper attachment hole has a soft ring to hold the connector properly along the major axis.

The ZIGZAG mechanical descender can be used for multiple jobs. It can be used with double or single ropes when combined with the CHICANE accessory—offering more friction during descents—and the KNEE ASCENT foot loop for easier climbs.

The ZIGZAG PLUS complies with work under ANSI Z133.
