SRT FOOT LOOP

The SRT foot loop is used for working at height during Single Rope Technique (SRT) ascension phases. It allows connection between the harness, ascender, and the climber’s foot.
It’s made of two straps: an upper one with an elastic part and metal buckle system to adjust its length, and a lower one with a metal buckle system to adjust its length and the length of the foot loop.

The upper strap can be fixed to the ascender (sold separately) with a girth hitch, on the small buckle side, passing over the shoulder, and attached to the back of the harness with a carabiner (sold separately).
The lower strap is fixed to the ascender with a girth hitch, on the side of the black strap. Depending on use, either directly around the boot or attached to the boot with a carabiner (sold separately), the loop can be adjusted using the elastics and metal buckles and then fixed to the boot.
