OAK T PRO CAPS

This syringe is a unique, patented micro-encapsulation process for the pheromone. The new, ideal format is compatible with different types of traps and can be stored at room temperature. Regular, long-term diffusion provides top efficiency.

We recommend using the Cameraria Pro Caps syringe with the Funnel trap.

Preparation:

• Weigh it down with some gravel and fill the lower part of the trap with unscented soap and water. Then, attach it to the upper section.
• Squirt the contents of the syringe into the cage.
• Insert the cage into the upper part of the trap.

The moths attracted to the sexual pheromone will enter the trap and fall into the soapy water.

Use:

• Hang the trap as high as possible in the tree, preferably over five meters and in the first cross-section of the crown.
• For better detection, place a trap every 25 metres. One trap attracts moths within a five- to ten-metre radius.
• If leaves begin to fall prematurely, pick the dead ones off the ground and water the tree.
• If the traps capture less than 100 moths a week, the trees are well protected, and no additional treatment is needed.
