Starting with the idea that pruning should not be automatic but must result from a methodological approach, the author puts forth reasoning adapted to the diversity found within on-site examples while using standardised but not tedious terminology.

This practical guide contains 34 concrete cases and a glossary of close to 250 words. The latest edition incorporates up-to-date knowledge regarding architecture and plant anatomy.

A result of international scientific collaboration, this book is for all tree-care managers and workers. With ample photos and technical drawings, it’s a great book for anyone working in the tree-care business or people who just love trees.
